Save $ and Energy!!! Learn about energy saving Cool Roofs

Civic Works, in conjunction with Coldstream Homestead Montebello and Healthy Neighborhoods, is proud to offer the following FREE SERVICES:
  • Exchange 15 incandescent light bulbs for Compact Flourescent Lights(CFLs) to reduce energy usage by 75%.

  • Change one shower head, bathroom and kitchen faucet to save energy and water while maintaining water pressure levels.

  • Installation of a smoke detector and CO detector to help protect your family.

  • A brief energy discussion of other simple ways you can save money on your energy bill.

What do you need to get involved?
  • You must be living in and own a house in the CHM community.

  • Call 410-366-8533 x215 and leave a message for the Energy Conservation Team that includes your name, address, and phone number where you can be reached during the day.

  • A representative will call you to set up an appointment for a Civic Works Energy Team to come by your house during the daytime Monday-Thursday in order to install the energy saving devices free of charge.
