Neighborhoods For All Ages
Neighborhoods for all Ages is a project of Civic Works, the Coldstream Homestead Montebello Community Corporation and the Association of Baltimore Area Grant-makers. At Neighborhoods for All Ages, we believe that older adults are a vital and valuable part of a strong community. We aim to provide the community’s seniors with practical services and information essential to healthy and successful lives.
Neighborhoods for All Ages provides the following services to older adults (ages 60+) living in the community of Coldstream Homestead Montebello:
- Home Repair
- Home Safety Modifications
- Transportation Assistance
- Case Management
- Community Outreach and Education
- Information and Referral
